Daily Yoga Classes

The Sunset Garden Eco-Resort has two custom-designed motorized floating docks offering the ultimate open-air studio for yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness classes. Imagine practicing a Vinyasa Yoga Flow literally flowing with the motion of the ocean on the floating docks as the class sails away into the sunset. This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. 

Fitness Workouts

Sunset Garden Eco-Resort has its very own Outdoor Fitness Jungle Gym, a unique training facility that features beautiful equipment and an excellent training environment.  The Eco-Resort also offers a diverse array of fitness classes including: Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Dance, Boot Camps, Circuit Training, Martial Arts, and more. 

Water Activities

Being surrounded by water, invites guests to deeply connect with this element that invokes fluidity, adaptability, and pure intentions. A balancing, cooling and calming force, essential to maintaining health and longevity, guests can enjoy: Kayaking and Kayak Tours, Paddle Boarding, Sun Lounging on the Floating Docks, Inflatable Water Toys and Slides; there are also Boat Tours and Yacht Rentals for an additional fee.

Miles of Nature Trails

The Anne Kolb Nature Preserve offers extensive boardwalk paths for walking, jogging and biking, as well as nature trails for hiking.  

The Hollywood BeachBroadwalk three miles of paved walk, cycling, jogging and rollerblading promenade. Additionally, there is a park north of the Broadwalk for extra miles of adventure, fitness, and leisurely strolls. 

Hammock Pool & Spa

Guests can enjoy a unique zen experience floating in the saltwater Hammock Pool submerged in the Intracoastal, custom-made for Sunset Garden Eco-Resort.

Spa amenities include a Himalayan Salt Sauna, Jacuzzi, and options for massages, reiki, reflexology, and more for additional fees.
